I scream, you scream, we all scream for…

…a yoga retreat!

This summer, I’m teaching three retreats. One is sold out. Two have space left. All three are invitations for you to exhale.

These aren’t just vacations. They’re recalibrations, for when you’re tired of being tired. When you’re doing too much and feeling too little. When you’re craving quiet, not just around you, but within you.

Retreats are a chance for you to:

→ Rest your nervous system
→ Find your voice
→ Create space for ideas, stillness, and creativity

Montana with Mama (August 9-16) is sold out. But save the date: August 1–8, 2026, we’ll gather again in this magical place. Let yourself start dreaming.

Austria (September 3-7): Three spots left. A content creation retreat for ambitious women ready to start before you're ready. We’ll clarify your message, amplify your voice, and grow your personal brand from the inside out—so you can create with ease and connect with your audience in a way that feels deeply authentic.

Southern Italy (September 13-16): A few spots remain. This retreat is designed to reset your system and refill your creative well. Picture this:

→ Morning movement: Active Asana and Somatic Strength to energize your body
→ Long vegan lunches to nourish from the inside out
→ Afternoons reading poolside or adventuring to a nearby beach
→ Evening Restorative Yoga to calm your nervous system
→ A curated balance of solitude and community to help you rest for real

See you there?

Until next Sunday,
Lizzie

Necklace and Third Eye Mask photographed by Dani. Restorative Yoga is not about doing more. It’s about undoing. Ease and relaxation are always within me. Not just on vacation. Not just when everything is perfect. The spacious, calm presence I’m craving is available to me anytime. All I have to do is give myself permission to lie down and practice Restorative Yoga. This month’s class is called Summer Slowdown. It’s just three poses, a journaling prompt, and an invitation to pause. You'll find...

Dear Restorative Yoga Teacher: “I teach yoga” is true—but incomplete. Can you explain your teaching in a single sentence that’s clear, specific, and meaningful to the people you serve? If you give me five minutes, I’ll teach you a simple framework to do exactly that. Watch the video to learn a concise formula, hear five grounded examples, and see one common pitfall to avoid. Because clarity isn’t about oversimplifying, it’s about communication that resonates. And if you want to learn more...

Photo by Dani Chair yoga isn’t real yoga. So if you’re aging, injured, pregnant, recovering, exhausted, or human, you shouldn’t even try to do yoga. Especially not using a chair. Because that’s basically cheating. And everybody knows there’s no benefit to yoga unless you can put your perfect body into perfect shapes. 😂 Don’t agree? Join us this Sunday, July 6th for Graceful Aging: Chair Yoga for Strength and Stability with brilliant yoga therapist Mary Richards. In this online class you’ll:...
